The Lime Truck brings that final ingredient to Movies Under the Stars events across Southern California. As two-time Food Network Great Food Truck Race champions and an OC-based crew now in our 16th year, we know how to serve families fast before showtime and keep the line moving during intermission. Our self-contained truck rolls into parks, school fields, HOA greens, and private backyards with everything we need — no kitchen access required. Just great Cali-Mex, zero seed oils, and a team that knows how to feed a crowd without anyone missing the opening scene.
