Our founder Daniel Shemtob's home was destroyed in the Southern California fires, leaving him without a place to live and with countless memories and belongings lost. With his wife expecting in just a few months, they were overwhelmed with heartbreak and confusion of where to start.
In the midst of his struggles, Daniel found strength in giving back. Together through World Central Kitchen and Snibbs, we began providing free footwear and delicious meals to those in need. The outpouring of support and the desire of others to volunteer and help inspired us to do more. We realized that even in our darkest moments, we could make a positive impact on our community.
